Privacy,
Kept Simple

We collect what a repair visit needs and use it for nothing else. The long version below is still short.

What we collect

When you send the form we receive exactly its fields — who you are, how to ring you, where the machine lives, what it is and what it's doing, plus when you'd like us. Booking by phone collects the identical short list out loud. Nothing further is gathered.

What it's for

Running your repair from first call to warranty claim: reaching you back, routing the van, writing the quote and the finding, issuing the invoice, and honoring what's printed on it. That list is exhaustive — no newsletters, no promotional texts, no contact beyond the job.

What never happens

Nobody buys, borrows or barters your details from us — not advertisers, not data brokers, not anyone. The rule has no asterisk.

Processing

Form submissions travel to our inbox through Web3Forms, under that service's own terms. Copies of invoices and written findings stay in our files the way any small shop keeps its job records.

Removal

To have your contact information cleared from our files, call (360) 717-8985 or send a note to 1503 Ivy Rd, Bremerton, WA 98310. Whatever isn't legally tied to accounting or an active warranty gets deleted.

Scope

Everything above applies to bremertonrabbitappliance.com. Questions find a human during business hours, mon–fri: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

The Hands Behind the Callback

Meters first, opinions second. Two frames of the crew doing what the from-price actually pays for — measured diagnosis at the machine.
